Tess is a complete team player. She always puts her team first and displays a high level of sportsmanship towards her teammates, coaches, officials and opposing teams. Two years ago, Tess switched from playing forward to defense because her team needed a defensive player. She took it upon herself to go to a 2 day defensive skills clinic over the holiday break so that she could improve her skills and help her team.
