Olivia has always been a hard worker. When she joined the team as a freshman, she was behind an established starter.
She knew she wouldn’t see much game ice, but that didn’t deter her. She worked very hard in practice, at her club team, and off the ice.
As a junior she was splitting games with a talented freshman but that didn’t break her spirit. She was a great roll model and won two sportsmanship awards along with being honored as the captain of our team.
This season as a senior, she is our starter and captain and has really elevated her game.
Facing over 50 shots with a very young team in front of her she has literally single handedly kept us in most games.
She continues to exhibit coachability, strength of character, integrity, commitment, teamwork, community building and outstanding sportsmanship.
