Andrew is the ultimate team player. Andrew works hard to get to know every player and builds relationship past a teammate and into a friendship. When a younger player is struggling in school, at home or on the ice, Andrew is always the first to recognize and support the player without being asked. As a senior, Andrew has had a huge impact on team scoring and is asked to play in the most important times of the game. Andrew recognizes the importance of team chemistry and culture and always is dependable. Andrew leads by example each practice and game and takes his role on the team graciously. Andrew’s positive attitude and energy is contagious to all. Andrew works hard in the off season to be the best player he possibly can be as well as encouraging others to be their best selves.
