In a school famous for great goalies, Brian Elliott follows superstar alum including Curtis Joseph and Mike Richter. He leads the nation in almost every goalie category including: Goals Against Average (1.55), Save Percentage (.938), Shutouts (8) and wins (25). Despite missing 9 games with a knee injury, his Badgers enter the NCAA Frozen Four with the nation’s number one ranked defense and have posted three straight shutouts (including 12 straight periods). Elliott, an Ottawa Senators draft pick, was the WCHA Goalie Champion, posting a 25-5-3 record, was named a Second Team All Star and was All Academic. Brian was named Midwest Regional Most Valuable Player. Elliott is enrolled in the prestigious UW School of Business with a 3.13 GPA and makes frequent visits to Wisconsin Children’s Hospital.
